Dating meaning he has a steady girlfriend who he is exclusive with or dating, testing the waters? If he has a girlfriend, keep your mouth shut, no good will come of it. If he is dating a girl, non-exclusive, you can tell him but ask first.

The best thing's to make it understand without telling him..If you say that he's already dating, that's the best thing!You just give him some tips that will make him understand later..But beware, don't do too much things to let him know it at once and this may cause trouble between the 2 of you..So take your time!When he won't be with this girl, seize the occasion!

You don't That officially makes you a homewrecker and a bad person. Let his relationship run its course. If they break up, fine, pursuit it. Otherwise, let him be happy. Don't go around ruining other people's relationships. Seriously, how would you like it if you were the girl with him? That's an awful thing to do and I HATE girls like that. Everyone does.
