Protein: 1 whole egg, 2 egg white, 2 pieces turkey sausage
or turkey bacon.
Dairy: 1 Cup of Soy or Skim milk, yogurt, or cottage cheese.
Fruit: Apple, banana, pear, orange, or 1/2 cup of berries.
Grain: 1 slice whole wheat bread, 1/2 Cup high fiber cereal, or oatmeal.

Oatmeal & nuts or oatmeal & bananas (with soymilk and a bit of oil). Once in a while buckwheat pancakes and fried eggs.
Why? Because it's easy, quick and cheap.

Usually a bowl of cereal and a multivitamin!!! The cereal is quick and half nutritional and the vitamin to supplement!!!
