I am in love with my best friend. How should i tell him?

I think there is only one way to take this task. Ask yourself the following. Is what you could gain worth more then you could loose? If you say no, then DO NOT DO IT. I have met many people that thought they where in love or even where in love but in well over 90% they have lost their best friends. If this is worth it to you, then go for it. If you ruther have the friend for the rest of your life, then don't do it. A lover can be found everywhere, a real friend comes only once in a lifetime ! Good luck !

This is such a royal pain in the *** question, but here goes anyway. Communication of our feelings can be done in anyone of the following:

1) verbal...eye contact, "I don't want you as my best friend. I love you too much!"
2) rumor...tell all your friends and he'll find out soon enough.
3) e-mail him...most effective device for beating around the bush and not saying anything.
4) an early Valentine card...a very sweet idea that may land you a lover.

Pardon my subtle cynicism, but I hope this or a combination works for you.

Tell him that hes been an amazing best friend,and that lately you have relize you see him as more, tell him you love being his friend but you would love to be more. Ask him how he feels about taking the next step or if he would like to stay as friends?Hope this helps I know how hard it can be to tell someone that.

don't do it. It might mess up your friendship. I use to like my best friend but I never told him (I use to hate when he would tell me about him and diff. girls) but I am glad that I didn't tell him. I'd rather have him as a best friend than not at all. Telling him might jeopardize the relationship that you two already have but if you want to tell him then ask him how does he feel about you and what does he think of you other than a friend?
