hes my art teacher. hes about 17 years older than me and a really great guy i cant get him out of my mind. what should i do

How old are you? It is normal to have a crush on your teacher at one point or another because many people do at times in their lives...However, I do not think you should act on it because the teacher-student relationship is a very important and delicate one. If either of you cross the lines there will surely be trouble with the age factor or with him violating school policy. (That is, if he even shares your feelings.) I suggest you try suppressing these feelings and focusing on school and maybe finding a guy that would be less difficult to become involved with.

find a guy your age, it would be very difficult to make it work with him, because he could get in a lot of trouble for being romantic with a student. If you truly cared about him, you wouldn't put him in that position. Just stay really good friends with him, and see if you can work it out later,

don't...they should know better...
funny...it happened to me when i was in high school too...i guess a lot of guys or girls do fall in love with their teachers...i think the main reason for this is that "WE" as students spend quality time in class together and get to know each other...

consider it a crush and move on to someone your own age or you'll end up getting yourself or your teacher in big trouble
