No, I don't think so. I'm just a shade taller than you and only about 10 pounds lighter, and people tell me I'm pretty thin ...
I think your fat-percentage level, and your fitness level, are more important than just the numbers on the scale. If you're in good shape as far as fitness, then that's most important.
If you don't do any exercise, you might want to start. It doesn't have to be running marathons or anything -- start out with some moderate weight-lifting (not too heavy because you don't want to bulk up) and some walking or light running, and then gradually build up from there.
Of course, you should be checked out by a doctor before beginning any physical exercise program.

Know if you need to lose weight
Health specialist use a measure called BMI, short for Body Mass Index. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. This gives a good measure of your total body fat. BMI compares your height and weight. It shows if you are underweight, at a healthy weight, or overweight.
You know how many pounds are there in 1 kg. Do not know let me help you, it is 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds. Check out what your BMI is by using the BMI calculator.

Well obviously not. And for a medium-large frame, you are probably at the lower end of the scale. So you don't need to diet or lose weight, just practice healthy eating habits and exercise regularly. HTH : )

You sound fine. But who cares about numbers, the more important thing here is how you feel. Eating reasonably healthy and getting a little exercise is good for everyone obese or not.

You are perfect. But I would start watching what you eat and try to throw exericise in wherever you can. Like parking father or taking the stairs. Just to keep your weight where it is so you stay perfect!!

Do you feel overweight? Do you have energy that gets you through the day? Or do you feel like you are dragging and always tired?
Don't believe what Madison Ave has sold to us as it relates to beauty. If you think you look and feel good than guess what…you are!

You are not over weight. As for those 'charts' that people quote, not all of them are the same and most shouldn't be trusted.
