I bleached my hair and it is starting to fall out little by little.

It doesnt randomly fall out just by touching it, you would need to touch it and pull VERY gently, and it will come off in big patches.

Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

It sounds like your hair has been over processed. I've done it myself. A really good conditioner should help (Aussie 3 min miracle is good) A leave in spray conditioner should help as well use both. Try to limit the amount you brush your hair too. If the problem is more severe the bleach may have irritated your scalp see your doctor. Good luck :0)

Try this:

1.Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp.

2.Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for ½ hour, then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week

3.Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse.

4.Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day, daily. This will stop further hair loss.

5.Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair grow.

Take care!

it sounds like you have either left the bleach on for 2 long or if thats not the case then you may of had some kind of reaction to it. I doubt there is really anything you can do other than to wait for health hair to start growing through again. I would also always get anything like that done by a professional. good luck!!

never bleach at home and this is y. if ur stylist did this she left the bleach on WAY TOO LONG! it sounds like ur hair feels like a wet noodle, there isnt much u can do other than trim off waht u can and take special care of it. never ever use a brush on wet hair, instead use a wide tooth comb OR a pick and be gentle. only use a brush when the hair is 100% dry. but in ur case i would stay away from a brush altogether. condition condition condition! try not to blow dry or use any heat as much as possible as ur hair is in a very fragile state right now.

Stop bleaching it and go to the hairdresser for some advice and a good cut. The bleach may have been too strong for your hair or left on too long.

Wow, this sounds serious. The bleach may be too harsh for your hair. Use light shampoo and wash your hair, use conditioner too. For diet, consume more quality protein like eggs, fish, tofu. Intake adequate amount of fruits and vegetables are also ensuring that your body absorb the right nutrients. But its best to see your doctor about your problem.

try & do as little as possible to your hair
give it a really good conditioning treatment - either with a shop bought intensive conditioner, at the hairdressers or put olive oil all over your hair & wrap it in a warm towel for half hour (& when you wash it out put the shampoo on dry hair first & wash twice to get all the oil out)
Don't bleach it agin or you'll have problems

First and foremost see your doctor you could have chemical problem for the bleach. Then start to deep condition your hair. I recommend Joico Deep conditioner. Use it once a week or ask your doc what shampoo he / her suggests.

The loss is probably due to too much bleach and the hairs are breaking. See a dermatologist to be sure that is the case. You could also have inherited thinning but again a dermatologist would have to look at your head to see what is happening.
