How long does it take to get MRI results of the brain and eyes ?

The MRI itself will take 30-60 minutes.

For you to receive the end results, you will have to wait for a radiologist to interpret (look at) the scans, and you might also have to wait for your doctor to look at the radiologist's interpretation and/or the scans themselves.

Generally, your doctor should contact you within 2 weeks of the date of you having the MRI done. Please contact your doctor if s/he has not told you anything by then.
