Hi polystyrene_high,
Wrap ribs in paper towels & nuke (microwave) em, wrap in foil add alittle water to the foil more barb-a-que & reheat 350 degree oven for 15-20 minuites, can also use toaster oven.

Not the microwave. Try a toaster oven. Place the ribs on a sheet of aluminum foil to minimize the mess, and keep an eye on them so they don't burn. If you don't have a toaster over, reheat them in the oven. Wrap them in foil, dull side out, at 325-350 degrees until they're warm.

In an oven at about 250 degrees for about an hour and add some moisture in the bottom of the dish or pan to keep them moist.

If you don't want to wait for an hour, I would suggest in the oven on bake @ 300 for about 25-30 minutes...
