I've had Ad Aware for 2 years, no problems, but now when I try to update it my computer screen turns blue, says something about an error, and restarts. Any suggestions? Ad Aware is the only program (anti-spyware and anit-virus) that causes this to happen.

delete it and go to web site or http://www.pcworld.com and redownload it and should be ok.

Use an alternate spyware scanner to see if an Ad-Aware blocker is present. Check to see if you have the latest version of Ad-Aware.

alway buy an Adware of reputed brands never download from internet... coz they may carry virus, trojans and keyloaders... these r those s/w that gives updates so that they can hack /phish ur system sophisticatedly... go for leagle softwares...
