im always tired and it makes me unsocial and not act like myself!
how can i become more active and hyper in the morning or whenever??

I use a drink call redline..lol (says on the can one a day only or you will have adverse health effects)

I also drink rockstars

I also chew jolt gum..... (energy gum)

gosh I need some sleep huh

The bi polar people are at a disadvantage in the morning as they miss the social activities that stimulate. The best solution I think is to be on a very early job and so greet others when you have been awake for some time. This is very hard to do in the wintertime. Who wants to jog in the dark.

Exercise, get into martial arts and start listening to rock or heavy metal music. Watch sports, football, basketball, or baseball, also Ultimate Fighting especially UFC fighters like Tito Ortiz or Chuck Liddell. You dont need coffee or other caffeinated drinks, they are unhealthy for you, just get enough sleep and eat good food instead of junk food all the time.

Coffee or in other words the nectar of life. FInd a starbucks and fast. You have no idea what you're missing. And red bull is good too.

Energy always exists in veins, but something like suger or lots of it, drinks maybe? I don't know, redbull, research says energy level is good but not at all times. Redbull do stuff everything, fast in moment of the kiss:)

I really like the energy drink RIP IT, or you could go to a coffee shop and have them make you a red bull frappe'. Most of them have frappe' energy drinks that taste like milk shakes! So, good... like a banana bull.

Do something that wakes you up in the morning. I used to dunk my head in cold water. Try listening to techno or rocknroll or some kind of music that excites you! I'm thinking....the theme from Rocky or something!

You might be depressed, so I would seek a psychiatrist and maybe be prescribed anti-depressant pills.
