well, ive been trying to diet; its HARD, lol......whats a good diet and exercise plan t follow...something that i can stick with and be ok with

How to lose 10 pounds quickly

You know Christmas is around the corner. Christmas is the season of parties, celebrations, enjoyment and buying new stuff like clothes, gifts and what ever you like. Why not set a goal for yourself to lose 10 pounds in the next few days and it will help you find a better dress for you as you will feel more confident and more comfortable after losing some weight.

Christmas weight lossIt is a great feeling even after losing very small amount of weight as that motivates us to lose more weight. The very first thing you can do is that calories consumed must be less than the calories burnt. Keep the record of each and every thing what ever you eat. Check out the amount of calories in a food before ordering that. So you have to be very careful about the amount of calories you consume.

Try to cook your food by yourself and avoid deep fried food. Limit your calories intake to 1000 to 1200 per day. Remove all sugar and starch from your diet.

So here are some quick tips to lose 10 pounds quickly


* Drink lot of water

* Eat a healthy breakfast

* Do not eat any thing in between the meals

* Exercise everyday for 30 minutes at least

I have tried dieting too and I could never stick to it either. The one thing I have found to really work for me is cutting my portions down. I started off with a 1/4 less of normal then, after a couple of weeks I cut it in 1/2 of what was normal. I have lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks. I know it is not the greatest results but I am actually losing it. I am not feeling as hungry as I did before.

The best way to lose weight is to join Weight Watchers. It is the best program around and the healthiest. You get to eat what you want and choose between the two programs they have for you to follow. One you count points and can eat whatever you want, and the other is called the Core program where you can eat as much as you want but only the foods that are on the list. You still get to cheat on that program as well because they give you 35 extra points to use if you want something off the food allowed list.

I joined this 6 years ago and lost 30 pounds in seven months. I have kept it off too! They guide you on how to exercise and the meetings are motivating.

I hope you will consider this. I think you will find you will succeed as I did and have a good time meeting others that need to lose weight as well.

I lost weight after I had my son by lowering my carbs. Don't cut them out all together because that is bad for you (still eat fruit and veggies). You can quit eating sweets, potatoes and bread though and you should probably loose some pounds. Plus increase your activity. I started running about a mile a night and I lost weight quick! Even if you can't run that far, just run as far as you can. Then walk until you feel like you can run some more. Good luck!

The best way to loose weight is to eat sensibly and the weight will drop off slowly!!!
You will loose 1-2 pounds a week, this is better than loosing weight fast, because if you loose it fast you will gain it fast, whereas if you loose it slowly your body will get used to getting smaller!

Try this plan-

Breakfast- Porridge/oats with a cup of tea/coffee, OR a small egg and wholemeal toast.

Lunch- grilled chicken or fish with salad.

Dinner - Grilled or baked chicken/fish with vegetables OR a jacket potatoe with beans.

snacks - fruit, yoghurt, cereal bars.

Drinks- 2 litres of water throughout the day.

I have stuck to this plan for 4-5 weeks and i have lost 7 pounds! i have another 7 pounds to loose!!

no fatty food. just eat real food, you cook. balanced. a little starch, veggies and meat. sometimes just cutting the bad out makes it so much better. and try just walking if you are having problems sticking tosomething. activity everyday like walking is easy enough but will have huge effects. if the walking goes well try a jog/ walk and so on. you dont need somethign glamerous to help.

Try to find a place where you can workout 2 to 3 times week for a good price.

if u have a bike, ride it everyday 4 about 30 min.
or
run 4 30 min evertday
or
play a sport that u like 4 30min.

trust me it really works.

Atkins will help you lose the wieght initially but then you'll need to find a good matinence diet. South Beach would probably work well. And for exercise idk but just running will keep you really thin.

why not become vegetarian?
sorry, i don't mean to be offensive, but really, being a vegetarian can help you lose weight.
and NO us vegearians don't just eat salad and water all day
