Australian Customs is a lot easier and better than the American Customs. American Customs sucks. It is slow. I have never had problems with the Customs in Canada, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Australia, or New Zealand. The problems have been in America.

i have presented in a good number of timber products, and by no potential had a issue. I continually declare that I have nutrients/timber et al. and that i continually p.c.. this stuff on the authentic of my suitcase. Then even as Customs is going to envision them, they don't ought to dig round my grimy laundry, the products are good on authentic, waiting to be checked. I presented in timber playing cards from Viet Nam very last September, which had bone faceplates. They weren't a issue. i have presented in timber hair clips, bowls, knick knacks... declared them each and each and every time; and by no potential had a issue. My brother even presented in a timber Barong from Bali, without Customs batting an eyelid. in a good number of cases, lacquered/varnished/polished timber receives handed. raw timber has a tendency to be extra of the issue. purely declare them. you received't have any complications. and no matter if something is dodgy, you receives it decrease back as quickly because that is been dealt with.
