I don't believe in them. Ex magician James Randi has investigated the people who claim paranormal powers extensively, and found that it's all tricks and self-deception. He has a standing bet with anyone who can prove psychic powers in laboratory conditions. All they need to do is demonstrate their "powers" conclusively, and they leave with 1 million dollars.
It's never happened.
