like i know that if this happens to sonmeone freqeuntly or as their means or defecation, but does it happen to normal healthy people from time to time, depending on how they eat?? and i dont even mean diarrhea, just regular stools that sometimes come out really mushy and soft and also with a little liquid similar to how it is like in diarhea....just was wondering if this is normal to happen once in a while...thanks

your stool is what you eat.
Stool from people who only eat veggies and fruit will not smell as awful as meat eaters.
ex. ;If you today get up and eat a coupla of eggs, milk, later a mainly soft meal of mashed potatoes, speggette, green peas, or any meal comparable to that it likely you'll have a soft stool
it also depends on how much liquid you drink.and what kind. and if you eat fruits, nuts ect.
if you eat a lot of fruit accasionally you'll have runny stool(or with greens and green peas tyope stuff. it's normal. you eat a bowl of grean can spainich and your stol is going to be runny.
Meats make your stool hard.\
Fish to me is about abalanced as you can get. but some are smelly in stool .
