actually I cant go to sleep without my wife in my arms and she cant go to sleep without me holding her its been like that for nearly 4 years

Not sure I understand your question. Never cop a feel without her consent. That would make you no better than the rapist that raped you. Yes she does trust you. Don't break that bond babe.
