you answered your own question and you win the 10 points. I have eaten some "best juicy fried chicken" -- and if you ask for a name -- it is finger tasting good of colonel saunder kentucky fried chicken --as to eating yes or no the " i.e. the skin -- I would recommend stay away. bon appetit.
