a guy I know died of a sinus infection because the infection went to his brain. Had he seen a Dr he would be alive right now. I suggest you see a Dr.

Symptoms of Sinus Infection:
nasal blockage/nasal congestion
nasal drainage (thick and discolored)
postnasal drip
low-grade fever
facial pain/headache
cough
ear fullness/ear clogging
bad taste/bad breath

Treatment:

Steam inhalation is an excellent and relatively harmless way to effectively aid in sinus drainage. Either cool or warm mist is useful, and can be used at the first sign of a sinus infection. If a towel over a basin of hot water doesn't work, you can use a vaporizer, a facial cosmetic steamer or a steamer specifically designed for sinus patients. Sinus-irrigation can help. Use over-the-counter saline for sensitive eyes, in the large bottle. Lay on your back on the bed with a towel and the saline, and tip your head over the edge of the bed hanging down face up. Squirt a hefty dose of the saline into one nostril with the other held closed. Then do the other side. Have your towel ready under your nose, and sniff the saline up into your sinuses. This WILL sting. Then sit upright and use the towel to catch the drainage, sniff again a few times, then blow your nose really well. You can do this 2 or 3 times to get your sinuses cleaned out, and can repeat it for a couple of days if you need to. Medications, specifically decongestants and antihistamines, can decrease annoying symptoms. However, symptoms that persist require evaluation by a physician.

Which Sinus Area is it?:

Ethmoid Sinus: Pain between your eyes, worse with glasses on
Maxilary Sinus: Pain over cheekbone, like a toothache
Frontal Sinus: Pain that is severe and over your forehead
Sphenoid Sinus: Pain that is deep-seated, from many areas, including behind your eyes, at the top of your head, and at the nape of your neck

Whoa whoa whoa. Easy on the antibiotics.
Here's the deal.

First, try sudafed the guys right. Then, try pain reliever.
Sinus infections usually come with nasal discharge that is yellow/green colored.
Only then go to the doctor, whom will give you abx.

Unless the headacher becomes the "worst you've ever had." Then go to doc immediately. Not sinus then.
It seems like you are describing mild maxillary or ethmoid sinus inflammation, or maybe a migraine headache.

Dougie howser told me so ;)

Sinus infections dont just go away you have to go to the clinic and get some antibiotic for it like amoxicillin or something. The pain will eventually go away without the drugs but you will get it back if you dont get it taken care of. In the mean time for pain just take some sinus pills.

Depends. Sometimes sinus problems which cause you to feel symptoms can be encouraged by the changing weather and pressure system. Try steam bowl of boiling water with eucalyptus oil or vicks. Tylenol or Advil to relieve the pain, and gentle facial and temple massage. I just got over this myself...11 days! It is great to breathe out of my right nostril!

The sinuses are not located at the sites you mention.. Sinus infection is a rare condition..Would suggest you press at the base of the skull and find if there is any tenderness or soreness there.. will only be on one side predominantly..If you find that condition there, take it to a doctor of chiropractic and get rid of it.
