In a typical teenage society, is it wrong for two highschoolers, me being the guy, the guy white and the girl asian? Do people look at you differently? I used to like this girl and i found out today that she likes me but im not sure if all my friends, and everyone for that matter will look at me differently. Im fairly popular and she is too at a different, nearby school, and im 10th grade, shes 9th. I sort of like her but dont want to be looked at differently at the same time. What do you thing and what should i do?

you really shouldnt worry about what other people think. i know that's a hard concept being a popular kid in high school, but seriously. sometime in the future, there's going to be one race...not many. everybody is mixing and matching and those that cant get over the race issue need serious help.

dont' worry about what other people think. If you do go out with this girl and she notices, and she will, that it bothers you that people look at you all differently cause your both from different races, then she will drop you on your *** and never talk to you again. I think she would be better off not dating someone like you!

Well, if you really like her and want to ask her out, you won't care what other people think of you. I have a lot of guy and girl friends who are interracial couples and no one thinks that it is weird (I'm in 10th grade too, btw).

People may look at you differently. But remember, if this girl makes you happy, nothing else matters. If your friends or people can't accept you and who you like, then they aren't worth your time.

No way! you shouldn't be frowned at. What's the deal? If they judge you for that they aren't your friends in the first place. This is the XXIst century, come on!
