I have a health problem which includes low energy and digestive problems. My doctor said that i appeared to be low on potassium. I've tried eating heaps of potassium and it doesn't seem to help. Sometimes I feel better than other times, but it doesn't seem to be related to what I eat. I know excessive exercise can cause a loss of potassium, but, as I don't get much exercise at all, I was wondering whether a lack of exercise could cause it somehow?

Yes that to can cause the problem. Be sure to take your vitamins. I work with a guy that was having a potassium problem and he missed 2 weeks of work so you need to be careful and stay on top of it.

Try increasing your potassium intake, and simultaneously, your calcium and magnesium too, especially the mag.
