He's not saying "I take I like L.A." You're mishearing it.

2. You gave the wrong audio link

It's a baseball term.

Brad is right on questions 1 and 3.

The dialogue under question 2 goes like this:
- Where am I taking you? (This is probably a taxi driver talking, right? He's asking the passenger where he wants to go.)
- Uh, I got it here someplace. It's my sister's place. She was supposed to pick me up, but she's kinda not all there, you know? (This last bit means that his sister is not terribly smart or that she tends to be forgetful.)
