There are a number of brown birds that sing beautifully. It depends on where you live. In the United States all of the different thrushes have incredible songs. White-throated Sparrows have a really beautiful song. Other sparrows and some of the wrens have great songs. My favorite bird song is from the Brown-backed Solitaire in Mexico. A friend described the song as a waterfall of broken glass.

Sparrows are the first that come to mind.
Mockingbirds come in second.
