you just dont get that vibe and that feeling that you get when you liked the person it is just like you seeing them for the looks of it or when they look atyou they dont really look you in the eye the stare off to other places or they will just tell you

Ask him to do something for you that he used to do. Like take you somewhere special or buy you something nice. If his feelings are the same, he'll do it with no problem, if he gives your grief... drop him.
