I am not sure how old you are but it can always be fun to do something that allows the two of you to be active while still being able to communicate. Something fun.

I could think of alot of fun things to do with your girlfriend but you might not approve. J/K. Talk to her and find out what she does for fun and go from there.

kiss her, hold her, make love to her. Tell her how beautiful she is and how much you love her. Treat her like a lady, Put her on a pedalstool. Then anything you do with her will be fun and she'll be impressed just to be with you.

picnics, indoors if the weather is nasty can be lots of fun and romantic.
any sporting thing like bowling, horse riding etc can be fun
