This guy has a stone faced expression all the time. I introduced myself to him one time and I try to chat him up but I can't tell if he's shy or disinterested. But on occasions when I dont notice him he'll call out, "hows it going?" and we make small talk. It seems like he's uncomfortable when I approach him. But sometimes he'll approach me. What does it mean? Would a guy make small talk or approach you if he wasnt attracted to you? I'm pretty sure he knows I like him since I randomly went up there to introduce myself and try to chat with him.

He likes you but is very shy to the point that he doesnt know what to say or how to act.

Just ask him why he looks at you the way he does, he may not know he's doing it.
