He won't take the hint. He has serious trust issues and I have had it. He even emails me under different names. I never want to see him again. How do I get rid of this sicko? I have been trying for along time and he now has turned into a stalker and leaves me notes and harrassing phone calls. He even tells me it's not over and we are not broken up. Worse of all, he moved from another state and now lives minutes from my home. He drinks heavy and smokes heavy. He doesn't even have a job. He just won't leave me alone! Help!!!

Get another bloke part time if need be, no matter how scary he is there is always someone scarier, its good to have company in times of crisis, and who can resist a damsel in distress.

If this is on the up and up then I would go to the police station and inform them what is going on. You may be able to get a restraining order. I know that it is only a piece of paper but it may scare him. I would also keep a itemized list of all he does to bother you. This includes the time, day and what he did. No detail is to small for evidence. If you do see him out and around you don't be stupid or falsely brave. Go to well lite areas and with people. Make sure people know where you are and when you will return. I know that this sounds extreme and may make you feel like a child but think about all the others who have been stalked and they were serious hurt or killed. Good luck and stay safe.

You definately need to involve the police. Get a restraining order........stalking is against the law, and he could turn violent, it's not worth taking it into your own hands. Keep any emails u believe are from him, and any phone messages and the phone log to prove harassement. They will go talk to him and just knowing the police are involved sometimes stops these types of guys. Good luck, and please look out for your safety.

See if he's smart enough to get the message.

is all about this and how to avoid/ get away from it.
google search it and order it on amazon. com for like 5 bucks.
let the local police know what is going on and keep evidence.

UGH! Tell this sick pervert to leave you alone!!! If he doesn't CALL THE COPS ON HIS ***!!! No one has the right to stalk you, it's illegal and it's harassment. CALL THE COPS IF HE DOESN'T STOP!!! It'll all be better after that.
