Personally I think 18 is a little young. You seem pretty mature for your age and unless he is very mature, you might be hooking up for the wrong reasons. Wouldn't want you to be getting yourself something you'll regreat later..just my opinion..

Well, age is just a number. I have dated younger guys. However, girls tend to mature fast that guys, so at this age you will probably run into some issues. Esepcially if you are looking for a committed relationship. Rarely is an 18 yr old guy ready to settle down. Age difference tends to matter less when the you are both at least in your 20's.

It shouldn't matter what we think, you are both grown and legal so regardless of what everyone else think the decision is on you. Men date younger women all the time so why can't we? When I was 18 dated a 23 years old. As long as you are happy DO YOU!!!!

You must have a minus I.Q. - what the hell does he have in common with you other then sex - and that will be gone by the time he's 20 - but his "brain" will never catch up - Shame on you girlfriend - can't find a man any more - or are all the men you meet finding you to immature? Grow-up and let the boy mature the right way, in his OWN peer group. Didn't your mother teach you anything?

Well you both old enough to know enough but personally I dont think it will last as women are more mature than men at that age he may just want what most young men want and then leave when he tires of you but he may not so goodluck anyway make him wait for sex for a long time then you will know the truth !!

The age difference is just half a decade. So I say if you two care enough about each other, enjoy each other's company, and enjoy being together then that's fine.
