Just do the feared things first and delegate the rest. There is nothing bad about procrastination! You just have to learn to procrastinate well.

Feared things first.
First things second
Second things moved up
Fun things last

Well, I'm a horrible person, but I would make up an excuse (if possible).
I once told my teacher that my dog chewed through my computer power cord (which she did!) and that I lost all my work (which I didn't). I got a week extension.
Other than that, just do what you can, and see what you come up with. If you get a zero for turning nothing in, then turn in whatever you have.

There's really no easy solution... or if there is, TELL ME!! It's just something you deal with.
You can always say "don't do it next time," but as for this time, you know the situation better than any of us, so use your judgment.

Good luck!

Work an hour.
Sleep 5-6 hours.
Work until school starts.

Or,
Go to sleep now, and try to come up with a way not to procrastinate.

It depends on how important your grade is to you. If it's very important, pull an all-nighter, do the best you can, and remember this miserable experience the next time you put off doing your homework.

Get started on your homework and don't stop until classes begin or you just have to fall asleep. And don't go to sleep unless you can get at least 2 hours.

I know a very simple way you can get all your work done and still get plenty of sleep.

I will tell you about it later.
