the lower part of my cheeks sometimes get itchy just on random days. i scratch just a little or even if i try not to, i get these little red rashes. i dont know why this happens. i dont think im alergic to any of the stuff i use because this only happens occasionally. what can i do to make it go away when it does come? i've tried ice, which helps a little. sometimes exercising helps, or it seems to but idk. any advise?

Sounds like it could be rosasa a form of acne You need to go to your MD and get him to give you a sample of Metro gel or cream to clear it up Also keep your pillow cases and face clean

If you have old base makeup throw it out. also keep your hands away from your face. If you don't get this under conrol it can become very bad.

Go to an allergy clinic, or to a dermatologist. Yes, okay, go to the dermatologist first, as soon as the next outbreak happens.

Then if that doesn't help, go to the allergy clinic.

I hope you heal and resolve this. You may want to change upholstery in your vehicle, get your house steam cleaned, keep trying things. Do you own cats or other pets? Eliminate one factor at a time till you figure this out.

Other questions to consider: do you live or work downwind of a factory or warehouse? Do you live or work by fields, where herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers may be sprayed? Do you live near a toxic waste dump?

It's still probably an allergy. If you can, visit a dermatologist.

If it is shaped like a butterfly (this is no joke), get checked for Lupus.
