Great way to lose weight-- Bikrams hot yoga. First it is more rigorous than other yoga. Also the extra heat causes more sweating which causes you to lose weight as explained on site below under anti-water. Site has lots of fat loss tips.

depends on how often you do yoga. 3 times a week is for the best results. but don't forget to pair the exercise with good eating habits if you want to lose weight.
