The concept of the Trinity is often hard to grasp. In your question, you seem to show that you believe that the Trinity did not always exist. According to John 1, Jesus was with God, in God, and God from the begining, they were never seperate (except when Jesus took on the world's sins on the cross). in John 10, Jesus states that 'I and the father are one,' in John 10:30. The plainest biblical evidence for the Trinity falls in 1 John 5:7, where it says "7For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. "
Each Godhead (The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit) are God, and the same one God, yet they are different. They each have their distinctive roles, yet are one unit.

The miracle of the conception of the Body of Jesus in a virgin is Why Jesus is refereed to as the Son. You know the passage where the Holy Spirit came upon Mary and she conceived. He is the Son because of the flesh... Other than that He is co equal with the Father and the Holy Spirit. You understand how these three are one God don't you? If you question this I would love talking to you about it email me..... Jim

He is the God's Son.
There is ONE GOD; Who has revealed Himself as eternally existing as three "persons"; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
The "relationship" between the first and the second Persons of the Trinity is that of a relationship between a Fathe and a Son. That is why they are called "Father" and "Son"
What exactly happened? Nothing. They were the Trinity from the beginning of time, from Eternity. But then, in the fullness of time, God became Incarnate (took upon Himself a body of one of His creation). It was the Second Person of the Trinity, Jesus, Who FULLY GOD also became Fully Man.

GOD sent the Holy spirit unto Mary. Of course you know GOD can do anything. Jesus was sent to us as a "ransom" for our sins. GOD's wisdom is hard for us to understand. We as humans would never put our children through something like that.Just know that GOD must love us very much.

its a trinity, the father(GOD) , jesus, and the holy spirit, making it the trinity, they have different functions like the holy spirit is the one who gives the gifts too people, jesus was the saviour and so forth. For example your brain is made up of many different parts that perform different functions but yet all together its a brain

Jesus said “I am the son of god”, and some of his disciples took it literally, so they figured if god is his father, then Joseph cannot be. That explains why they made Mary a virgin who was impregnated by god. Talk about literalism, but what else can one expect from fishermen?

If you don't know, perhaps you should not be a Christian. Do you make a habit of devoting yourself to religions that you do not understand?
