Hey Midge! You should write a book of your comparisons. They are actually good, even if I don't agree with all the points you are making. This one, however, is a very good point. God bless!

The difference is that I will not condemn my children to eternal punishment because I love them more than I love myself. Apparently this is not the case with God.

Not really since if I choose not to love him he will have me tortured for enternity. I would NEVER torture my children for even 5 seconds.
