The donut is glazed and filled with some kind of vanilla cream. Or should I leave it for my family? I already ate a whole chocolate donut from the box this morning. Plus I just finished off a thing of soy ice cream.

If there are enough donuts left for everyone else, why not?
You've already bitten into it, might as well finish what you started!
It's always nice to share though... :)

Nope, eat some fruit or veggies. Your bowels will thank you, and your poor kidneys must be exhausted.

Have you ever tried pomegrantes? They're lovely. What about persimmons, or lychees, or mangoes? Sure exotic fruit is expensive, but it's so much better for your health and they are delicious.

Go for it. Wow...being able to even potentially eat only half of a Krispy and to not eat the rest is quite impressive.

if your family is not doing well economically and they are starving then don't be selfish.

That Krispy Kreme could save your little sisters life.

Sure if you want to - if you are full though and it sounds like you are - just toss it and stop. I don't know about your family but mine won't eat someone else's food.

No. Throw it away. It has no food value. It's fattening and isn't good for anyone else in the family either.

Throw it away. All it has is flour, sugar, and lard. Do yourself and your family a favor. Pitch them!
