You would need to determine what percentage of your body is fat. There are inexpensive scales sold at the major retailers that can measure this value and also give you a percentage of water in your body. Since fat occupies four times as much space as muscle, lowering body fat % will make you smaller. The danger in alot of low to moderate intensity cardio with a combination of reduced calorie diet is a serious loss of muscle mass and a slower metabolism. Your weight to height doesn't sound too bad. Reduce your calories by no more than 10%...keep your calories around 2,000...do moderate intensity cardio three times a week for 1/2 hour and do a full body weight training routine every fourth day. You will see results in a week.

It depends on how grueling your jogging is, or if it is uphill etc. That really doesn't seem overweight, it seems unfortunate that your body has put the weight in the wrong places, eh?
How much weight can you lose? A lot. You could be 98 pounds.
How much should you? 2-3 pounds per week max.
so 3 x 8= 24. That's just on average. Can you afford to lose that much...? Of course, that's an ideal situation, most likely if you jog every day for that time and eat like you currently do you will lose 10 lbs.
You will lose zero weight long term if you only run for 2 months.

yea, it depends on what you eat. I jogged for almost two months. Watched what I ate, a little bit, and I lost around 5-6 pounds, when I saw the doctor, but it does feel good to lose a little bit of weight. I jogged for about 30-40 minutes a day, you should also stretch after you run for ten minutes, and stretch when you are done running, it is good for your legs if you do that.

It's difficult to give a good answer because I don't know what your starting point is, and what your desired result is. Are you trying for more tone, more lean mass, or ? Your eating habits will help your internal systems as well as maintain a lean body structure, while the exercises you have listed will certainly give you tone and endurance. The endurance is hard to see, so you'd have to measure how long you're working out vs your heart rate and such. If you want to build more muscles, more weight training in the exercise balance will help.

it really depends on how much you eat too. i have been running for over a month now. yesterday i just ran 4.8 miles, the most i've run so far. i wanted to lose weight, but the amount i've been eating canceled out my exercising i guess, because i really havent lose weight...a pound or 2 maybe. So you gotta watch what you eat too...
