I am a Jimme fan and it did annoy me a little bit, but then again it was to be expected, but youre right 42 other drivers yet it seems like every week they only talk about 1 or 2 but this week was just Jimmie, although like i said to be expected.
And I agree with you whole heartedly can't wait untli Boogity Boogity Boogity again.

In case you didn't notice, there were only 5 drivers racing for the cup and only 2 that had a realistic chance of winning it all. Jimmy had a large lead and overcomming that was nearly impossible against Mr. Consistency. Of course they were going to be talking about Jimmy non-stop.
I do agree with you on one thing ... I can't wait for the "boogity boogity boogity"!! I thought I heard that it wasn't going to be back to TNT until mid-season though??

YES! All they did was talk about Johnson! Let's not show the leader, let's show Jimmie who's like in 15th. Let's not talk about the other 42 drivers & actually acknowledge that they exist. That's one of the many reasons that I'm glad NBC & TNT won't be broadcasting races anymore. They are way too biased........
Yeah, I can't wait until February, FOX is the best at broadcasting NASCAR races.

Who did you want them to talk about? Micky Mouse? Tonight was Jimmie's night and even the other drivers knew that. Last year when Tony was in the same position they did the same thing for him as well. I'm sorry you have JJ envy but be happy for the guy who has worked his tail off this year for that trophy. No other driver on the circuit deserved it more than he, and I am a Gordon 24 fan. I root for Jimmie as well but 24 is my driver. I and most other fans all agree that he was the most deserving. Yes, Biffle did win the race but he knew that his win would be overshadowed by the cup ceremony and you didn't hear HIM whining about the fact that JJ was the center of the universe tonight. In fact he was very gracious and congratulated him.
I too can't wait for the famous line by DW "Boogity boogity bootiy"

You're right about the commentary. My husband had been gone and came in at the end of the race and asked about certain drivers and I realized they hadn't talked about anyone but Jimmie and Kenseth.
You are so right about Feb. It will be a long couple of months!

Yeah...I am so sick of all the talk about Jimmie Johnson. He's a cheater who don't deserve the cup. Yeah, no one even said much of anything about Greg Biffle (Yeah Greg!)...even though I am a diehard Kasey Khane fan I am somewhat happy for Biffle. I can't wait for February either...time for Kasey Khane to kick some a.s.s!

Yes. It really annoyed me. I'm not a big J.J. fan to begin with, and it was just out of control. Greg Biffle deserves congratulations.
And I think all of the drivers who made the chase deserved some acknowledgement too.

what would you expect though? you race all year with this as your #1 goal and this is the end so of course theyre gunna talk about the person who won it.
i think they shoulda talked a tiny bit more about greg biffle, but whenever a driver wins a championship, it should dominate the telecast
