Jack Daniels, also good in pecan pie, and sweet potatoes.

Honestly, I can't think of a good alcohol to go with eggs just by themselves, but for example when making a hollandaise sauce which uses eggs, one can add a small amount of white wine to it. Deviled Eggs is not a recipe I am familiar with except that you hard boil the eggs, take out the hardened yolks and make a mousse or paste of then to return to the egg white shell.

Most deviled egg recipes that I know of don't contain alcohol. The egg is hard-boiled and cut in half, and the yolk is removed. The way my mother makes them is to mix the yolks with very finely minced onions and mayonnaise before putting them back into the egg whites.

A kiss of Sherry or dry white wine should work well enough - it is not a traditional ingredient but you did get me thinking. Good Luck!

I agree with What.
Jack goes well in stuff that does not go well with alcohol.
Including snowboarding, which was how I broke my arm.
