It's cytokinesis. The prophase 1 of meiosis is followed by Meiosis two which is similar to mitosis.Cytokinesis is the formation of plate between the 2 daughter cells. This does not take place in prophase of any type of cell division i.e. mitosis or meiosis. The other phenomenon is formation of bipolar spindle. This takes place in the start of metaphase.

a.)

Cytokinesis is when the cell finally splits apart. In an animal cell this is when the cell's membrane splits in two, and in animal cells this is when a new cell wall is formed. Prophase is in the beginning of the phases that will help split the DNA to opposite parts of the cell, so a.) is wrong.
