What does this all mean? Should I be worried?

I wouldn't worry about it unless you're involved. Sounds kind of weird to me though, but, then again, that is me. But, as long as he isn't bothering anybody else. Does it really matter???

If he looked once I wouldn't worry.....kinda like the old circus abnormalities where people looked. Or the only free porn he found that night.
If the people are a lot older, and he looks at this all the time, it would definitely make me uncomfortable. I would say you noticed it and ask him what's up.

It means he's pretty sick in the mind. Maybe the older people part is ok, but the last 3 things you mentioned are way wrong. Definately be worried.

I guess it means that he is turned on by that. I would be worried if my husband was doing that, but if I couldn't change him, I would have to dress up or behave like an older/younger woman/girl in the bedroom. Maybe that would fullfill his fantasies.
