Know if you need to lose weight
Health specialist use a measure called BMI, short for Body Mass Index. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. This gives a good measure of your total body fat. BMI compares your height and weight. It shows if you are underweight, at a healthy weight, or overweight.
You know how many pounds are there in 1 kg. Do not know let me help you, it is 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds. Check out what your BMI is by using the BMI calculator.

BMI Category
Below 18.5 Underweight
Between 18.5 - 24.9 Healthy Weight
Between 25 - 29.9 Overweight
Over 30 Obese
Look at the BMI chart to find out how much weight you need to lose to move from obese to overweight or from overweight into a healthy range. Knowing this can help you set a good weight loss goal.

I think your weight seems very healthy. I wouldn't worry about losing any weight but keep focusing on exercise and eating healthy.

tell you the truth, you sound like you are in the right path. your BMI(body mass index[what tells you if you are fat or not]) is great. the only thing i would say is to try the weights as mush as you can, cause for a dancer it will prevent you from getting hurt.

Just keep moving.....all those dancing activities would offset your food intake. You dont need to lose any more weight. Just be careful with your choice of food. I think you already know those which are good and bad. As we age, we also seem to fight our way to lose those extra pounds. But with activity and good food sense, I think you are very very very fine...good for you girl !!!!

In the mood for the hot meal? Make a huge pot of veggie bean soup, divide into two-cup containers, and store within the freezer. Before bed, place a container inside the fridge, then grab it before heading out the door the next day.

Eat in front of a person rather than screen. It cuts down on mindless eating and making you more accountable for each bite.

For sandwich-lovers, use spinach or swiss chard leaves rather than a wrap, skip the slice of cheese, and load through to the veggies.
