Hi again. I have yet another question. When people tell me I should line my cage with corn cobs....what exactly is that. Is it the corn cob after the corn has been eaten? Do I cut it up???

Don't bother with corn cobs. It is better to use newspaper because then you can keep an eye on poops which tell you all about the parrots health. Corn cob is meant to hide poops and it does tend to get mold growth, which is REALLY bad for the air quality you and your bird breath! Some birds may play with it or ingest it, and then you have the risks of intestinal blockage. I change my parrot cage paper about every two days. It is free and easy and less mess.

No it not after you have eaten it
Place a whole corn ear in the cage, you could also try putting in some fresh bean sprouts, carrots and fruits, but remember not to leave them in the cage to rot

Check with your pet supply store. Corn cob bedding is what they are talking about. It's sold dry, in plastic bags. I personally don't like it, because it can create dust and cause breathing problems.

it's a type of bedding that you put in the bottom of the cage.. instead of using newspapers. it's better for the birds..and will help absorb 'oders' also. Most pet stores carry this.
