Is there a mega brewing co.thatis totally american owned?

this is a question for people that know beer just the facts please im not talking micro brews mega brew ie: coors, miller,busch etc etc

I believe that both Coors and Busch (Budweiser, Busch, Michelob) are both American family owned. The Adolph Busch family of St. Louis, Missouri and the Joseph Coors family of Golden, Colorado
