i am 4'9 and 120 pounds lose wieght gain it or leave it

120 isn't that big. You should do whatever you feel, though. As long as its not drastic, like anorexia.

You need to lose a few pounds, but if you feel healthy, just exercise and eat healthier. That should help you gain the muscle that you need and lose the excess fat that you don't need. Good luck!

Well, it depends if you are happy with how you look. If you think you are overweight, try and exercise and eat healthier. If you think you're looking a bit thin, find a healthy way to gain some. If you are completely happy right now with your appearance, stay the same :)

At your height you should probably be between like 85-100 or so

my friend also encounters that problem.
i think you should try just to minimize you foods eaten and try to do some work outs not by making too much exercises just like by doing some household chores. that would really help you.

the important thing is how you feel...if you feel uncomfortable with your body weight then lose it..if not..enjoy your life be happy and don't worry too much..i'm 5'9..145lbs...am i fat?
