Ultrasounds are usually pretty accurate with dates because they use measurements. Compare that with your LMP due date and it'll probably be somewhere right in there.

I guess it is probably accurate, but you dont say when you had the ultrasound done or how far along you are now. Im almost 22 weeks and Im due March 26th and my ultrasound date was the same as my due date.

Usually very accurate at this stage.

they can tell you when conception was within 2 week
