No, soft rollers do more damage then good. The best rollers are the hard rollers. Braid are not for everyone espcially for people with fine hair the stress from the braid can cause brakage. Although for some people with strong thick hair braids will keep hair from being damage and will make it seem as if their hair is growing faster when in reality their hair is growing the same speed but less hair is brakeing off alowing it to grow longer.

I believe that brading it would help it grow. The rollers would not really help they would just dry the ends and make it curly. You should try taking vitamins such as biotin. You can buy biotin by itself and it comes in 300mg. It is also good to keep radiant skin and nails. Also try drinking plenty of water and eating dairy product and don't forget gelatin.

No, sorry, nothing makes hair grow any faster but you can take vitamins and drink lots of water for healthier hair and nails.

no, the only thing that can truly make your hair grow any faster is by taking vitamins and supplements (such as biotin) to fully maximize your growing potential. it's (your hair growth rate) genetic, so that's all you can really do.

my 14 yr ol taught me this,, you take your straightener and put just the END of the strand ur curling in it and pull down to the bottom, then WRAP the rest of hair around the srtaightner hold for 15 sec, and release ,, dont pull just un twist,

nope.. there is nothing that can really make your hair grow faster, curling and braiding it just breaks and damages it more

no the best thing is to get your hair trimmed regular if you want a quick fix why not try some clip in hair exstensions!
