Dishes and silverware of course. I think it is really wasteful not to. (even at a bbq or anything of the sort)

if it's something that would leak off a paper plate I use reg. plates and silverware. If not, I use paper plates and real silverware..unless it's a sandwich and then I forget the silverware. Can't stand plastic utensils..

Eating alone and it's a burger or sandwich and chips I use paper plates. Never plastic utensils. Dishes if eating anything else. I really hate eggs on a paper plate it seems so wrong.

We have a dishwasher but it depends on the type of event, the guests and number whether we use glass plates and metal utensils or paper and/or plastic. My immediate family consists of my husband and me. We usually use glass and metal and wash eating/cooking utensils with the dishwasher.

Always use silverware and dishes, unless it's a bbq and we're eating outside, then use paper/plastic.
