Others on your list help you reduce fat (frequent SMALL meals speed your metabolism)

About exercise, I always do it just before my meals, so that I will not have an extra meal and I can also have meals in time.

For wieght control, you don't have to suppress your appetite, just eat healthy food and do a little bit more exercise. If in doubt, see a doctor first. One of my students was 50 lb overweight, after he took the chromium, it stopped his craving for sugar and food, now his weight turned normal again.

there are lots of ways to decrease your appetite, but some of the ways you are just post poning eating, if you drink a lot of water, you will still be hungry later on, which will make you eat more, if you drink few protein drinks or other special drinks, the drinks will keep you full for a whole meal and they are only about 200 calories but still fullfilling, so you wont have the need to exercise, or drink gallons and gallons of water

depends on what type of person you are. if you're like me and you always have to chew on something, i prefer having smaller meals more times a day. it's nice to make barley soup that is low in calories but filling at the same time. sip that throughout the whole day and it keeps the hunger at bay.

Something called War Gum i think. Its a powder theyd make you eat when rations where low. It tastes horrible and is in powder form. i dont suggest mixing it with any form of soapy water because then it will turn into the jello like substance which is not comfortable to have in your stomach.

well you can eat all the time. If youre never empty youre never hungry. or you could take ritalin or stackers. or you could tape your mouth and hands so you can't use them to eat with.
