OK. Last night I was at a concert, where a lot of drinking was involved. I almost kissed my friend (or rather: she almost kissed me), but I didn't let her. I'm pretty sure I was right. Is a little regret ok to feel? Did I really do the right thing?

Your best reaction is at the time was probably the best one. If you are having regrets could this mean you have feelings for her beyond that of friendship? If so and you guys are still friends then you still have time to express your love. If not then you probably did the right thing if you just want the relationship to remain a friendship. Be a friend to her and if she feels rejected then explain to her why you did what you it. Trust you instincts. You may feel guilty because you felt like you rejected her but its best to save kisses for that special relationship. Kissing before knowing if the relationship is progressing in that direction could do more harm than good in the long run.

Well that depends. If you have feelings for her you may feel some regret and it would be only natural. But if you had of acted on kissing her back things could have gotten out of hand that you really would have regretted or even her the next day. So it was pretty smart to not even put yourself in a even worse situation. I think if you have feelings for her you should talk them out in a open and neutral setting, no parties, school, or anything like that and get things out in the open. Never know she may admit to have feelings for you is why she tried to kiss you.

It's a kiss. It's not like she was bent over spreading her buttcheeks for ya. next time kiss her and kiss her good or your reproductive organs will never forgive you.

hel yeah i mean if you secretly like the girl yeah you could feel a little regret but man deep down you know you did the right thing doing stuff with a friend if shes drunk isnt cool..............i did something with a friend of mine but we were both drunk and she was butt ugly and ughh i regret that everyday of my life.........it cost me the girl i really liked

if you think it was the right thing then i almost gaurentee that it was
you may be feeling regret becuase you dont want her to be offended and possibly lose your friendship over it
but i think it should be alright

You were right. If it's meant to happen it's better to happen when you aren't drinking that way neither one of you will wonder if it was only the alcohol working.
