I have had this problem in the past too. Try to set a regular sleeping pattern and get about 8 hours sleep a night. Drink lots of water throughout the day, and perhaps invest in a good eye-cream, and put it on before you go to bed. A good make-up product that I use is "Realness of Concealness" by Benefit, its a fab product which has a colour corrector for the dark circles, and also an under-eye "de-puffer". I found it worked a treat!

consider is whether your eyes are irritated from allergies, contaminated cosmetics, pollutants in the air, etc. If your answer to the problem is to constantly rub those irritated, watery eyes, then you're going to make the problem a whole lot worse. Plus, all that rubbing is going to wipe away the nice cover up you just put on, and grind that irritating mascara deeper into your eyes. Find out what's causing your eyes to burn, itch, and/or tear in the first place, and do whatever you need to do to clear up the problem.
Although some remedies are so old they seem like clichés, they really do work. It's true that cool cucumbers placed over the eyes can reduce inflammation, thanks to certain enzymes contained in them. And moist, cool tea bags can shrink those puffy under eye areas rapidly, due to the anti-inflammatory effects of chemicals called tannins. Be sure to use real (caffeinated) tea bags, since those are the only ones containing tannins. Herbal teas, decafs, and infusions won't do the trick. Caffeine has the
added benefit of drawing water from the skin, so it works in tandem with the tannins

either more sleep ? or if you're not removing make up properly before you go to sleep , or it could even be a cream or whatever you put on your face before you sleep. lol you could try an eye water mask that you leave in the fridge then put on your eyes and you could use that every morning , that can get rid of the puffyness quicker . Or caffiene based eye products help ease puffy eyes . :)

Start drinking lots of water and put some ice on your eyes for about ten minutes. Try getting even more sleep if you can because you may feel you're getting enough, but most likely you aren't.

I can tell you some remedies that can help you
1) put cooled cucumber slices on ur eyes.. this will cool your eyes
2) You can put grated potato slices
3) You can dip cotton in rose water and put on your eyes
But most imoprtant try to get atleast 8hrs sleep evry night
Avoid sleeping in afternoon so that you can get to bed early and sleep well in the night

You can stop it by putting two spoons in a freezer overnight then in the moring puting each spoon under each of your eyes for about 5 minutes...
it works for me, but if it doesn't for you try eye cream.
