Graham crackers with fat-free cool whip in the middle. They're great frozen. Like an ice cream sandwich except a LOT less calories and fat. And sugar free jello and fat-free cool whip is also a great snack. Less than 50calories total

Ohh I have lots of these
-Sautee a sliced apple with cinnamon
-Banana "pudding" melt 2 tbsp crunchy low fat peanut butter in the microwave add 1 c fat free plain yogurt and a sliced banana
-fat free plain yogurt with any kind of fruit
-Melon soup: blend a cantaloupe (peeled and cut) 1/3c orange juice, 1/4 c plain yogurt, 2tbsp honey, juice of one lime, 1tsp lime zest and chill
- mix ricotta cheese with a little bit of cacao powder (it won't be really sweet unless you put a little sugar in it but still yummy)
-frozen grapes
-preheat oven to 350*F halve & core 2 pears place in baking dish fill dish with 1-2inches water, sprinkle with cinnamon & nutmeg then drizzle with honey cover and bake for 35-45 minutes until pears are tender
Check out the south beach diet book from your local library, they have some really yummy dessert recipes too.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

one among my prominent cakes replaced into honestly stated to me even as on the South coastline weight-loss plan. you blend about a tablespoon of decreased fat peanut butter with 2-3 heaping tablespoons of lite cool whip. blend completely until eventually they attain a fluffy texture. you may then authentic with lite chocolate syrup, nuts and some extra cool whip. So scrumptious!
