The best thing to do is to visit a paramedical skin specialist every two weeks- expensive, expensive, but it works. these people steam your face, pull out zits and other blemishes that are under your skin, and put on your face medicines and moisturizers that keep skin really clear.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Dnt try anything until you had seen a dermatologist. I tried a lot of over the counter medications and nothing works. It only add more irritations to it. Discuss your problem with a doctor to figure out what causing your flair ups of acne...could be stress related only. Diet is no longer attributed to it. Accutane....or anything that contains isotretinoin have a lot of side effects. And not to be used when you are pregnant. It can cause seizure, psychosis and suicidal ideation, hepatitis and skin desquamation. I suggest you check stressors in your life, goping to bed early, drink a lot of waters (cleansing effect) and just use mild soap and water to clean your face. It did work on me. Side effects free. Mabuhay!

For Glowing Skin soak some masoor daal (red) overnight. In the morning grind it in a mixture giving it a paste like consistency, add few drops of unboiled milk, a pinch of turmeric powder, a spoon of honey and a few drops of almond oil or cociunut oil. Wash your face with this 2-3 times daily and leave it on for a few minutes. You will not require to use any soap or moisturiser as well. U must try it!

Diet is totally related to acne, don't be fooled. This is your best defense against this skin issue.
LOTS OF WATER
Reduce grains (breads etc) and sugar
Reduce oily foods
Include good oils in your diet such as fish oils, omega 3, flaxseed oil etc.

Be sure to wash it frequently. Also avoid oily or fried foods. Drink plenty of water too. It keeps your skin soft.
