Well first you want to find a good salon with a good hairdresser...(never go to Great Clips...My cousin had hair down to her bottom and she asked for a trim, they messsed up so many times that she was left with hair down to her nose) Show them a picture of what u want your hair to look likeand don't be shy when u need to b picky...say exactly what your question is and i can almost promise u you'll get what you want....

Pick a good hairdresser...some are lousy and will always be lousy no matter what. When you see someone whose hair you like, ask them where they got it done. That is the best way to find a good hairdresser and she/he will be worth every cent it costs you.

Ask for sideswept bangs like Reese Witherspoon. She's a good example.
